This hotel was horrible had I known the condition of this place before AAA booked I would not have gone, it was unsafe with thugs around me and next door to me watching every time we stepped out, I could not sleep we had to look for another hotel 30 min from where I stood, embassy beautiful hotel clean safe custom service was great, I should get credited back for the two days I only stood there very bad experience the person at the hotel we stood at the two days was smoking a pipe and texting on her phone making me wait for bad service this is the first time AAA disappointed me you guys sent me and my family to the ghetto to the bad side of Tennessee disappointed in the outcome I had to spend money from my trip to get another hotel to feel safe and to be in a more clean environment for my family I don't think I should give a star to a bad place

The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean. My only complaints was the water never warmed up. When I called the front desk the desk clerk was very apologetic. He said something had just happened to the water and the owner was contacted. A man leaving told us he had not had warm water all week. I did notice that I could only turn the handle halfway which would never get to hot water.

The room was DARK. Checked in after dark, and the light switch by the door did not turn on any lights. Had to walk all the way through the room to the bathroom to find a light switch that would turn on a light. There was a coffee maker but no coffee. An iron, but no ironing board. The towels were REALLY thin. The carpet was nasty. The breakfast was adequate, but no fruit; just cereal, Belgium waffles and yogurt.
