It was over Christmas so I imagine maybe too many workers were given time off; but, I must say that is was undoubtedly the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was not vacuumed and the bathroom had a toilet roller thrown in the floor. No wash cloths were provided and the plug in receptacle for the coffee machine and microwave did not work, rendering the items useless, unless we choose to move those things. It really was a disappointment for our getaway. I had requested a high floor in the tower when I made the reservations; yet the best they could do was the third floor. The one good thing was the beach view--that was wonderful!
