Room smelled like someone had smoked in the room, air conditioner kept breaking.
Great location and value. In the Castro, on public transportation lines, walkable to many attractions. Ample off-street parking. Impeccable cleanliness, nicely refurbished rooms. Comfy bed, ample bath. Bed linens good, bath linens a bit frayed and tired. Great toiletry items, soap/shampoo/conditioner. Room had 2 tables and one chair, could have used a 2nd chair, perhaps a bigger table.
