Guests will be wowed by the Dale Chihuly hand-blown glass flowers on the lobby ceiling while they wait to check in. Standard rooms are lovely with lots of wall details and gorgeous headboard design. Bedding is sumptuous and the rooms have a huge TV, a comfortable easy chair and one chair at the task table. A stunning mirror design is the focal point of the marble dominated bathrooms. They feature two sinks and a walk-in shower. Some have a separate tub. If you really want to splurge there are several suites to choose from, some of which are quite palatial. Besides the casino, the seasonally changing conservatory is a showpiece not to be missed. You will also want to spend some time at the beautiful pool area. 3933 units, some two bedrooms, three bedrooms and kitchens. 33-36 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

I've stayed in Vegas before, this is the first time at the Bellagio. The hotel was very well kept, the rooms where clean and the staff very nice.

always pay up for the Fountain View!
I thought staying at the Bellagio would wow me to no end. While the room was nice, I was underwhelmed for the price we paid. There was no coffee pot in the room, which was my biggest complaint. The self parking was confusing; I'm fairly certain we paid for parking twice just so we could leave the garage. The room was lovely, view spectacular, location on the strip great, bed amazing, but I probably won't stay here again. Additionally, booking on the AAA website was extremely confusing. The same type of room was listed in three or four different ways, so I couldn't tell the difference between the extra fees, resort fees, etc. I don't appreciate showing up at a place I've booked not knowing how much more I'm going to have to cough up on the spot. I called to speak with an AAA travel agent and she said all she could do was look on the website the same as me - not helpful at all. I highly doubt I will book with this hotel or through the AAA website again.

I had an issue but it was addressed quickly by a very professional manager and I was fairly compensated. The oversight was made by a new employee who apparently forgot to thoroughly clean the shower area, someone’s dirty washcloth and empty bottles of body wash was left in the shower area. The manager immediately rectified the problem by cleaning the entire room/ bathroom and replacing the linens and bedding. I was totally satisfied. I was also given a food credit and offered a massage for myself and my friend.
