Understaffed, not well cleaned or maintained, not a pleasant experience. What staff they have work hard & try, but a single housekeeper for a property this size? I did NOT appreciate the announcement on check-in, “No room servicing or cleaning available, towels only upon request.” Again, for the price? Not nearly good enough. Stayed at two other BW properties on this trip, both excellent, clean, great stays.
