The room was disgusting; upon check in I went right to the service desk they informed me they will contact the manager. Manager never got back to me, they told me they couldn’t change the room because they were supposedly entirely booked. I was with my newborn child and the room smelled like sewage. No joke, I was so disgusted I couldn’t even eat the food I purchased prior to arriving.
