I had a medical emergency the night I was due to arrive as a late check-in at this hotel. By the time the emergency was dealt with, new arrangements were found for a place to stay (originally it was going to be a 2+hr drive) locally, it was too late for calling anyone. When I finally got home and had time, I called the hotel to see if they could make an exception on the charge for the room as it was a medical emergency. I was told by Xavier, he would have to ask for a manager and he would call me back. It has been several days and I have not heard anything back yet. Just very disappointed. Not a way to treat guests you may like to see come back.
