Dirty! Reserved two rooms, both had a cluster of hair in the bathtub drain. My daughter left after one day (scheduled 2) based on her 1 year old finding a dirty thong under bed in their room. I was just shocked, seemed like both rooms had VERY marginal bathroom cleanliness. Lastly, the iron in room needed to be retired 5 years ago. Couldn’t hardly finish a needed shirt based on iron malfunctioning and sputtering water, plus continued to shut off.
