Ripped mattress Ripped torn comforter. Beer cap on dresser when we got in our room. No shower curtain-went to ask for shower curtain to be put up. Front desk gave me shower curtain and I had to hang it up myself .stains on carpets. Walls marked up

This hotel has gone downhill since we stayed a year ago. Our first room hadn't been cleaned at all, the second was a bit better. The common hallways and secondary entrances are really dirty, and the walk off mats at the doors were filthy and smelled. I asked the front desk for more washcloths, and was told they were all out but would bring me some when the laundry was done. They never came. There was a pile of trash from a room that was left in the hallway for at least two days. Some breakfast items were not restocked. There were a number of employees working every day, so low staffing could not be an excuse. The oversight and quality control is non-existent. Really too bad, as this is a convenient location.

Terrible breakfast (no cereal, no milk, no yogurt, lousy eggs and sausage. Originally checked into a room that was already occupied. No microwave in room. Didn't follow thru with bringing up keys to a new room. Rated at 3 stars but should be lower.

We were less than impressed. We reported a leaking toilet in our room (we had to rap towels around it) and nobody bothered to clean the room or replace towels after our first night. We had to go to the front desk to ask for clean one's when we got back to our room for the 2nd night. The night dek clerk was awesome. The day one not so much.
