Three days in a row I reported a noise coming from my air conditioner that sounded like gravel being moved around which interrupted my sleep. Each of the front desk people said it would get reported to the maintenance man, but nothing ever got fixed. I was too tired for the last night I was there that I was exhausted. I have always loved Best Western motels in the past, but will not return there again.
