The airport shuttle is not very dependable. We waited over one hour for the the shuttle to come pick us up from the airport. Also, when using shuttle to take us to the airport, we were not sure which shuttle to take because there is another hotel right next to the one we were staying at. As the shuttle parked beside the other hotel was getting ready to leave, we were told by another guest that the big shuttle is used for both the hotels. There can be confusion. Also, they have no ice machine.
