The hotel is in bad need of renewal- paint, repairs, air conditioning that hasn't been offline for 3 weeks in the building hallways and common areas. The surrounding area /parking lot was noisy and full of people that seemed to use it as a meeting area, then proceeded to use their vehicles to do spin-outs and tear-around the lot. Not OK at all.

Dirty carpet, toilet paper holder falling off the wall, etc. Generally poor maintenance of the room. Felt like I needed to use my Lysol spray and Clorox wipes we always bring along.
