Everything was clean but a little old looking. The shampoo and lotion provided was in very small bottles. The staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions.

Did NOT answer phone calls after 7:30PM! HOPELESS LOST we found a DIFFERENT hotel. Next morning this hotel did NOT have our reservation and even the CONFIRMATION number didn't help! AAA said they would look into it and call back ~ AAA did not call us at all!
