The hotel was very accommodating but they had no record of my AAA reservation and the charge made to my credit card was never received by the hotel. Thankfully they were able to find a room for me but I was very upset that there was no AAA reservation and am still trying to get my refund on my credit card. I’m not making hotel reservations through AAA again.

Some effort has been made to update the rooms but they weren't real clean. The hallways were disgusting. Safety issue: anyone off the street can access any floor via stairs or elevator. No security measures at all. The staff was super nice and efficient.
