The room was fine except the location. It was room 107. The problem was when the people if room above would turn on the tub faucet, it sounded like it was in our room. It was extremely loud. Once they turned on the shower, the sound decreased. Other issue was the exterior door for the first level, it did not close properly so anyone could get in. I advised the front desk.

Staff were friendly and helpful!

The floors in our room were not clean. There was dirt on the bottom of my slippers from wearing them only on the inside of our room. There was what appeared to be mold on the upper wall of the shower. Clean rooms are one of the most important things we look for in a hotel.
