Ac coil need cleaning, too much humidity in room and mold was around the tub and covered with caulk.

They stopped serving breakfast at 9:00 am however the sign said 7:00 to 10:00am.
Issue with reservation: accompanied by my brother who is physically handicapped I asked for a room with a rollin shower to accommodate my brother. Phone agent checked hotel and said one was available-I booked it. Upon arrival the two existing handicapped rooms were taken and only a 2 double bed room with a regular tub shower was available. We took that room and my brother had to do a sponge bath for two nights. The hotel staff apologized but blamed the reservation snafu on an outside reservation service. The hotel did give us the room for a reduced rate. and the staff tried their best.
