Guest rooms range from compact to very good size and feature comfortable beds, a discreet safe, and larger TV. The hotel is close to area nightlife, shops and the Bell Centre arena. Parking is not onsite and nearby parking garages are about a three minute walk. Smoke free premises. 199 units. 6 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

For this hotel to be a AAA rated hotel is truly a disappointment. The checkin experience was unremarkable. but to start with, one of the two elevators was out of order for my whole stay of 3 nights. The hallways are long narrow and cold. The rooms were modern and average. The bed and bedding average fine. The bathroom was smaller than a cruise ship, with slick floors and no shower pads or ventilation. My house phone was inoperable and dead until I notified the desk the following day. Then, it was fixed half *****, with cords dangling loose. Poor maintenance was evident everywhere. The house keeping staff was nice and kind and helpful. But need training on when to access rooms by tagging the door knobs. The on site diner (Caras) was fine and the on site bar was fine as well. Location of hotel is OK, as well. I encourage AAA to re evaluate this hotel. It's more like an acceptable Hostel accommodation.
The people here were great, very friendly. The only downside to staying at this location is the parking garage is two blocks away. However, it is a safe place to leave your vehicle and is also available 24 hours. While I was visiting there was a lot of street construction going on, but other than that my stay was very nice
Great location for us. Parking lot was a bit of a walk, but not a major problem in summer. The people working the check in desk were very helpful. The room was extremely small but clean. Pillows are hard, mattress is comfortable. Our toilet seemed to clog but was fixed promptly.
