The breakfast ran out of coffee and eggs with an hour left.

Hotel did not provide daily cleaning of rooms, they simply changed out the towels and emptied trash. They never made the bed, wipe down the sink or even check to see if the tub needed cleaning...and mine did because I gave my 2 small kids a bath almost every day. We had to start taking showers because the tub was dirty. The lady who works the kitchen/breakfast area was nasty and very very rude. I witnessed her yelling at a 8 or 9 year old kid and then calling the kid "rude ***". I was appaled and told her she needs to get a new job. Many people complained about this lady walking around yelling at people. The front desk staff was very nice.
