False advertising. The hotel isn’t new. They gave me a cleaner room. But it still wasn’t up to what I’m use to. I expect the room to be dusted well and swept well.The bathroom definitely clean. They had worn out sheets on the bed,That had thread bare spots There was no cover on the mattress. Just the threadbare sheet separating you from the mattress. Someone other them me should go and check it out. Poor business management.. The bathroom shower curtain was wet. Which tells me they didn’t change it. The carpet hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. If I had known that I could use pictures I would have taken some. The manager was willing to find me a better hotel because of my high standards. I had never been to Nashville before. I will definitely stay at better hotel. For $212.00 a night for Friday and Saturday it should have been clean for a newly opened hotel that is 7 yrs old. They need to bring their standards up.

Hotel in good location. Very clean, very friendly staff. We were very impressed with Filippo, the operations manager, who is in charge of the hotel's complimentary breakfast. He was so friendly, helpful, and polite. A complete gentleman .We will always remember our interactions with him !
