Best Western Plus Thornburg Inn & Suites

Best Western Plus Thornburg Woodford: The fitness center closes at 10 instead of being available 24-7. There are more television stations available on the fitness room television than the television in our room. The bed comforter was soiled. When I brought it to the attention of the housekeeper she seemed displeased and displayed an attitude. The carpet in our room needed shampooing. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice full size bathroom, ample free parking, nicely decorated lounge and rooms.The stairs appear newly done, freshly painted, and clean. The general common areas are kept clean. The breakfast item selections are good. Special recognition to staff member Tina. She went above and beyond to assist with a matter concerning the business center. Also the handyman did an outstanding job of keeping all the common areas clean. He was quiet, diligent, and minded his own business. More staff personnel like he and Tina are what more establishments need. However, some of the outlets were not working well.
