The overall experience was not good. This is the 2nd time I've booked this hotel through AAA and on both occasions, there were price conflicts. The hotel manager on duty (Sabrina) stated that she would not honor the AAA price reflected on my confirmation because it was lower than the price in their system. During my first booking, the Night Auditor resolved the price conflict upon my arrival at the hotel. A AAA representative resolved the most recent booking conflict. This process should be resolved so there are no issues with the hotel when booking through AAA. The hotel room had a slight odor and the bathroom was missing a few towels and bath soap. Also, the carpet was dirty and could have used a good vacuuming and cleaning.
Rate was higher than expected. No complementary breakfast available. Only 2 towels and 1 roll of toilet paper, had to ask for more.
Hotel is nice and clean but the room AC is controlled by motion so once you go to sleep the AC goes off. Yes they did coke to the room and overrode that but the AC still did not continually run off and on every 15 mins and it was hard to sleep because of that.
