Great customer service, room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We were travelling with our pet so happy they accommodated her. She was also happy with the room. Rooms were dated but looks like they were renovating. The onsite restaurant was the best, the food and portions were awesome.

Clean room, check in person very nice & helpful. But staff was not around for later questions. No way to get coffee in the morning (maybe conference participants have better luck). Hard to find drinking water. $50 up front charge for incidentals was credited back to my card right away. Parking easy & plentiful. Would stay again .

Very dated furniture and decor. Bad smell in room and common areas. Cigarette smell in stairwell by an exit. Would not stay here again or recommend to others. Observed an elderly Indian family requesting a room change due to mobility issues. Front desk kept telling them they could not change because they were completely sold out. Seemed hard to believe.
always leave room for improvement, I USED online reg . worked fine for old guy. was special meeting weekend. banquet excellent. food excellent. Hotel Boxboro Regency very interesting inside.
