Although the price was reasonable for the Memorial Day Holiday week, our stay was pathetic and extremely frustrating. I rented two rooms - handicap room on 2nd floor and regular room on 4th floor. Read prior reviews before visiting and hoped the opinions were blown way out of proportion - they weren't. We will never ever go there again. Clearly management no longer cares about property upkeep. Staff attitudes were okay (given the staff availability during this pandemic), however numerous times my family and I heard staff loudly complaining about issues in the elevators, hallways, the lobby, and parking lot. Quite unprofessional. Rooms were dirty/dusty, 2nd floor hallway reeked of animal smells (pets are allowed), carpeting was filthy on 2nd and 4th floors (major stains in hallways and rooms). And to add insult to injury, the handicapped room for the two seniors had no towel racks, limited storage spaces, and the bathroom ceiling badly leaked during our last day there. If my relatives used the facilities and fell down? My God the hotel would have had a serious lawsuit. And of course we were never compensated for the inconvenience.
