Upgraded my room for a bit more money and i had a non working shower for the 2 nights there. Also, the bathroom light wouldn’t stay on. Tried to communicate to staff the next day but they were very busy and very short staffed. Sheets were clean, bed and pillows were good. Room was nice and cool.
Stayed 2 nights. Fridge was not working. Called and it was fixed. Did not KNOW bed would not be made and room cleaned daily. Was informed room cleaned every 3 days,. But call and trash could be picked up.
