When I checked in LaToya was the most professional of the staff. Night staff not very helpful. Restaurant menu was underwhelming.
No comforter on the beds- horrible view out our window. Difficult to navigate channels on TV and some channels didn’t work. Hotel charged us twice for the room (was resolved quickly however)
