An adequate 3 star that tries hard to be a 4 star, but isn't. But priced like a 5 star. Room was clean. Rediculous TV that has no resolution, and pay movies or pay **** channels. The live channels are poor. Safe didn't work. Bathroom fan didn't work. The steam/heat from the bathroom sets off the rooms fire alarm. The management and staff seemed to try hard which we appreciated. The restaurant is not good. Over 2 hours to get breakfast which ruined our morning plans. Breakfast mediocre. Suggest management puts a plan into place for EV charging hogs. Why is it always an entitled Tesla owner who thinks they can park their car overnight by the charger when there is a 3 hour max. There was a staff strike when we arrived, but overall unlikely to go here again, despite staff and management trying hard.
The hotel itself is fantastic. The staff went the extra mile. We were able to shuttle everywhere which saved Uber expense . BUT, research the company APA first. I didn't and was not only surprised but would have changed my choice.
