The receptionist black Afro American lady she didn’t le me stay in the hotel she said I had to check in at 3:pm 12/17/2022 we got there on 12/18/2022 in the morning 6:00am I have my reservation from 12/17/2022 until 12/20/2022 the weather condition it was Cold in the morning unfortunately me family two kids. I don’t have no option to look for another hotel. So now I need my money back can you guys give my money back or I need to contact my bank to get my money back
