Comfort Inn Suites Springfield I

This is a fairly large motel, but despite it's size and my checking in at only 3pm, I was given a room that was located in the basement. When I asked if another room was available I was told no. Once I got settled in I found bugs crawling on the bed and was then given another basement level room. No bugs in this one, but also next to no air conditioning. There was also no internet- great wifi signal, but no internet connection. The pool and Jacuzzi were both closed for repairs, which according to other reviews is apparently the norm and not the exception. Breakfast was very good. I might stay here again, but requesting an upper floor room when making a reservation is a must.
