Absolutely Disgusting and Unsafe– Worst Hotel Experience of My Life If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. My stay was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. When I arrived, I was shocked to find blood stains on the curtains, dirt all over the floor, and used, dirty towels folded like they were clean. To make matters worse, the smoke alarm in my room had been disabled, creating an obvious safety hazard. The did not offer another room but instead told me they would switch the curtains the next day. The next day, I returned to find that hotel staff had left my room door wide open for who knows how long. I had left at 8 AM, and I was told the fire marshal had entered the room later to deal with the alarm — but at no point was I informed that my room would be left completely unsecured. The curtains had still not been changed. When I went to the front office, the current person on duty said the manager had left for the day. He deeply apologized and said that the manager would take care of it the next day. I told the gentleman that I was not upset with him but deeply concerned and frustrated at the situation. I brought all of this to the attention of the manager, who responded with insults and gaslighting. When I explained how unacceptable it was for my room to be left open, he claimed I must have left the door that way myself, even though I had clearly locked it. When I asked if he would take any responsibility at all for the situation, he flat-out said “No” and called me an idiot. When I pointed out how filthy the room was, he dismissed my concerns and made personal attacks on my character instead of trying to fix the problem. I’ve stayed in budget hotels before, but this was beyond unacceptable — it was unsafe, unsanitary, and deeply unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs. I will never consider staying with choice hotels again.

Rooms were not vacuumed, we asked staff to look at the toilet since it wasn’t flushing properly and no one came. Staff was extremely rude to my friend when they left his door open during the entire day calling him an “idiot” Will not be staying here again.

Great staff, great rooms, amazing location! We needed a place to rest since we had busy days visiting local museums and eateries. This hotel was located close to Walmart, restaurants and gas stations. PERFECT for anything we needed. The pool was my little one’s favorite part of the whole trip. Will be returning soon!
