This hotel is a good potion for visitors of the university, in town for business or a family passing through. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Smoke free premises. 69 units. 4 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

We moved into our room and noticed some water on the bathroom floor . We assumed that it was from the cleaning crew so we wiped it up with a towel. After returning to the room after dining our we found the carpet and the wall were both wet. Evidently a leak inside the wall. I went down to the desk and the only one there was a young man who offered to move us to another room. He was close to ending his shift so I said that we would do it ourselves. I grabbed one the the two carts and wobbled it up to our room. We packed everything up and moved ourselves to another room. I returned the cart to the entry place. All of this was done after driving from Anna Maria Island. When we checked out, I told the people at the desk about our situation. They said, "Oh, sorry about that." And yet there was no adjustment to our $166 dollar room. Very disappointing how it was handled and we will not be returning to this hotel which we have stayed in numerous times returning from Florida vacation.
