No air conditioning. No hot water. No breakfast food. Had to change hotels to a 2 star. Still have not received a credit for the night we were NOT there. Staff kept hiding because of no hot water. No fault of anyone no power in the area. If all had been as expected, it would have been a 5 star hotel.
