At first look the room was absolutely beautiful. Looks can be deceiving. The toilet needed to be plunged before we even walked into the hotel room, there was half a roll of toilet paper. Half a box of kleenex. The coffee k cups were used and put back in the basket except for decalf. Half of the lights by the bedside didn't work. The plug in by the desk didn't work. The phone didn't work to call for a late check out, then when I went up to ask she said is it plugged in...really. I said yes it was plugged in I unplugged it checked all the connections plugged it back in and still no dial tone. I ended up having to go up to the desk several times to ask for all of the items we needed. I should not have had to for 130 room.
