The pool wasn't available. A refund would have been offered but we were in town for a wedding so didn't want to go searching last minute. The only ice machine in the building did not work and there wasn't any drink fountain or water to fill up my bottle once breakfast was done. There was also an exterior door propped open one morning by the 'employees entrance' . On a positive note, the breakfast was good and had the variety I have come to expect from my many stays at the Country Inn and Suites. The only issue there was that they were out of waffle mix on Sunday when I want a little more substantial item for our trip home.
