The room was clean but there were several indications of lack of maintenance at the hotel. I told the desk clerk on checkout about the outside doorlatch on the side exit being loose and not always latching. I also noted the toilet in my room was loose to the point it rocked when I sat down. The caulk around the base was loose and if the seal had broken the floor would have been flooded.
