Our room was missing the desk and chair. We had to ask to get a chair. The fan in the bathroom did not work and was held up with tape. We were in the room, on the first floor, directly across from the elevator. Every time the elevator door open and shut it would make a loud screeching sound. The tile near the couch was broke with pieces missing, someone could cut their foot on the exposed cut tile.
