Horrible hotel. Rude staff, found two roaches in my room (video proof), and power went out for almost 10 hours. I was unable to charge my electronics the night before my conference. I contacted AAA and nothing was done due to hotel refusing refund. However, any decent hotel would have back up generators to prevent this. This hotel should be taken off AAA recommended search.
