The customer service is horrible I had the worst experience ever possible another guest whom I did not know came into my room while my son was in the room. Also the front counter employees seem to not care then when I spoke with the manager he seemed to not care either I e been waiting for 4days for a response and not to mention we told them the room smelled like smoke the front counter gentleman did not check the room and decided he was going to charge me for what someone else did before me. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone to stay in.

The hotel was very clean and orderly. Breakfast was advertised but none was available during the weekend, only knock I have about the place.

Upon arrival I saw the carpet in the room was stained and in general filthy, I received a phone call at 11pm. From someone claiming to be the hotel manager asking for my credit card information because when I checked in the charge didn’t go through…..I declined and hung up, no coffee service available in the morning even though it was advertised, I would never stay in this place again.
