I’m only giving two stars because I was charged twice for room and deposit at check in. Was told it would be corrected at check out. One was successfully removed from my billing but the $100.00 charge for incidentals was never removed. I am now going to stop payment until it gets worked out. The staff was unable or didn’t try to fix this billing problem. Otherwise hotel was what I expected for the price. Not great
I received friendly and accommodating service. The previous customer in our scheduled room smoked in it and I was traveling with a friend who is allergic to cigarette smoke, the staff was very accommodating and quickly found us another room. We also requested an extra blanket and towels, and they happily got them for us right away.

The room we were in had water stains on the ceiling. Shower head had clogged sprayers, couldn't get a good shower spray. Breakfast items seemed old.
