Everything was very nice, and the food was OK.
It is horrible at this point, with 30 degrees we didn’t have a heater for the shower and I called and the guy from the help desk at Night Shift was super disrespectful telling me that information, he also said that is going to take between 3 or 4 hours to get it fixed but they had this problem going for a while, so imagine having kids and not being able to use the water at all on a weekend; what a bad experience I would never stay here again, a heated water is one of the most important thing for a stay. So disappointed
