The hotel was unable to provide my room as well as other rooms with any towels or washclothes the night of our arrival or the next morning. Very unpleasant and unprofessional front desk ignored me and my concerns and made it seem like this was not a problem especially after they made it aware that they do not have enough for every room that they rent out. My advice is that it is not worth the uncleanness, hassle, or aggravation to stay at this hotel.
