Exterior and common areas, hallways, entrance areas were in poor repair and smelled musty and smoky. Holes in carpets, doors had poor locks and seals. The room had a center stand with lamp on it and no outlet to plug it in on that side of the room. Overall, the room was basically clean unless you looked close behind or beneath things.
