My room was fair - My camera charger was plugged into the wall and I had forgotten it. Called and talked with the front desk,- was not in the room. I returned and could not find it. SO had to buy a new one on ebay. It is a smoke free hotel yet my friends in a room across from me had a room that had the lingering odor of those who stayed there and smoked quite a bit. Breakfast was the bare minimum. The staff I dealt with were pleasant. I did sleep well. Would not choose this if I go back to Springfield.
