Pros: Convenient location to the highway.. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Decent water pressure in shower 24 hour coffee/tea available in lobby. Bright and clean lobby area, with areas to sit, eat, read, charge your devices, etc. Generally quiet hallways. Ample free parking. Cons: Hotel room was in major need of repair and maintenance. Ceiling tile in shower was so damaged with water leaking from second floor, and about to burst. Major safety concern. The condition of the tub was completely unacceptable. (mold) The floor moldings in the bathroom were pulled apart from the wall, with nails exposed. Bathroom vent was crusted with dirt and dust. Ceiling over bedroom area had mold. Air vent in bedroom area was crusted with dirt and dust. Breakfast items available were yogurt, oatmeal packets, prepackaged muffins, fruit and juices. Most items were empty and not replenished regularly. We ended up going super early on day 3 to ensure we could get a little something to eat. Room 111 should never have been made available to guests. We reported the issue after the first night, and the staff was able to assign us a different room for the remainder of our stay. Much better experience for those two nights.
