We arrived early but asked if we could possibly check in. The person behind the counter acted very put out,sighed and began checking to see. She informed us that they had no clean room for us and we should check back at 3,maybe it would be ready....with an eye roll. We returned at 3:20 and different ladies were at the desk. They cheerfully checked us in,apologized for needing to train a new employee (one of the two). Once in our room, we were a bit dismayed. While the bed was freshly made and clean towels were available and the toilet and sink were fairly clean, both the shower and jacuzzi tub had hair still in them and the floors needed a much better sweeping and a mop. There was leftover food on the floor. There was nothing to use for bathroom mats,except towels. And the floor got very wet from the shower, as the shower curtain was too short. Same with the jacuzzi tub. The rest of our stay was fine. Every employee was friendly and helpful, except the first person.
