The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The beds was surprisingly very comfortable. The room was missing furniture though. We were in a 2 bedroom suite and the living room had a very small loveseat, TV, lamp, and small bookshelf type cabinet. That's it. No pictures, no closets in the bedroom or living room, no end tables. The rooms look nothing like the pictures on the booking websites.
