Honestly, a pretty terrible experience. The room itself was fine for the price, but I was bitten and found bedbugs on the bed on the second night. Front desk assured me a manager would be contacting me to issue a full refund for the rooms, but after two days I hadn't gotten a reply. Called the hotel and spoke to manager directly, just as a follow-up, but was completely talked over and ultimately offered about 1/4 of the money back. So, I drove to Warren and paid for a hotel basically to spend Easter in urgent care (allergic reaction to the bites) and washing/quarantining all our belongings and completely avoiding the family we came to town to see. Extremely discouraging experience.
