Did not clean my room after 3 days had to keep requesting room to be cleaned and to get fresh towels..
Reception personnel were efficient and friendly. The hotel including my room was clean and the staff provided very good service!

Good Stay at very nice hotel. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the common areas. The pool floors were dirty with grime and hair. The clean pool towels were all used up, no supply. The elevator floors were dirty with coffee spills. The need a housekeeping manager ASAP!
