Delta Hotels by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista

This is my second time staying here and I enjoyed both stays. There is a shuttle to Epcot that I did not take advantage of on this visit. There is a Lynx bus stop right outside of the hotel that takes you to Disney Springs where you can avail of Disney transportation or you can continue on to Magic Kingdom. You can also walk to Disney Springs if you so choose. There are some chain restaurants in walkable area in relation to the hotel and everything feels very safe. The front desk will also hold luggage for you if you need to arrive before check in or depart after check out. Breakfast is not included. I would stay here again.

Lobby area was nice. The staff was amazing! Rooms were outdated, old and felt dirty. All pillows were flat. Only half the tv channels worked. Only one working elevator, the other elevator was out of service our entire stay.

The Hotel room was damp and dark. The bedding and towels were damp. Our clothing began to feel damp after the first night. The lighting was yellow dark, had to remove the shades for lighting. We asked for a different room and was told there were none available. The breakfast was free with a voucher, but once breakfast was over no all day free coffee. No ice machines, no microwave. No real channels on the Television unless you sign on with Netflix or Hulu. I will not stay here again and will not recommend this hotel. Because it is a Delta Hotel we thought we could get a shuttle to the airport but that was just for Delta airline personnel. The staff on the day we checked in were goffing around at the desk. But the next nights the staff (which were different) we pleasant.
