This hotel is located at the Dimond Center. Guest rooms and bathroom are spacious. Highlights include deep-soaking or jetted tubs and locally inspired artwork. The oversize soaking tub has pass-through wood shutters allowing a guest to watch TV while relaxing in the tub. Being located next to a shopping mall allows guests to simply walk to many retailers and restaurants. Smoke free premises. 109 units. 3 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Overnight at start and end of trip. Seems old? -- spacious bathrooms with tub and shower, sink area outside bathroom. But pretty well maintained. Very affordable relative to other Anchorage hotels, in part because September low season. Cost Wed. Sept 10 was more than cost Friday Sept 25. Very clean. Decent breakfast options. Wifi. Located near shopping center (Dimond Center) and restaurants . Located near a bus transit station. Important to us was that it is walking distance from River Wild Campervan. Hotel was recommended by them and eased logistics of dropping luggage off at hotel before walking to pick up and to drop off campervan. For some reason, we had a long wait for shuttle pick up from ANK airport--some unknown confusion on driver's part we think. No problems with shuttle to airport.
They charge me one night even I cancel the reservation. Will not go back.
