This hotel, with its retro architecture, is often referred to as the ‘soup cans’ due to the two side-by-side round towers. It is conveniently located to area shopping and restaurants. Guest rooms feature plush beds that may likely appease the most finicky sleeper. A dog walking path accommodates our furry friends. Smoke free premises. 220 units. 7-9 stories, interior corridors. All was very good until I got my bill by email, showing we had billed 2 breakfasts to our room for the first morning. We had not eaten breakfast at the hotel, and after phoning and explaining they said they would credit the $36 charge. Still waiting for the refund.

Refund for breakfasts received
Unexpected wet snow storm wrecked my visit there and the same to others up there The "April Fool's storm came in late Lots of conventions there and elsewhere got ruined Hotel satay was fine, just last of Winter's mess before spring settled in
Room was clean. Staff not very friendly. Most of the staff seemed like it was a bother for them to speak to guests. Wouldn’t stay there again. Not motorcycle friendly. Many hotels allow you to leave your motorcycles under the awning, especially when rain is predicted, which it was. Plus there are usually cameras under the front entrance awnings. Parking a motorcycle at this hotel does not give one a sense it will be safe. There was plenty of room to safely park the two bike. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel especially if your touring on your motorcycle.
